Seminole Heights is located in the heart of Tampa, just 10 minutes north of downtown, 15 minutes to The University of South Florida and 20 minutes to Tampa International Airport.  Seminole Heights is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Tampa. 

Seminole Heights is nestled among it's lovely tree lined streets (many paved with bricks) there you'll find wonderfully restored bungalows from the early 1900's. Some of these homes are included in our National Register and local Historic Districts to ensure their preservation for generations to come. Seminole Heights resident's take great pride in their history, their present and future are of paramount importance.

Seminole Heights continues to grow and attract new residents of all ages and diverse cultural backgrounds. While still retaining a warm, friendly, caring atmosphere not seen in many communities today.
